Join our professional institute students for a day of delicious South American cooking! Chef Chris will be teaching us all about the cuisines of South America. In this one-day intensive you’ll learn to cook a delicious meal from start to finish, then sit down with your classmates to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

*Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits, or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
