Each of our baking classes is about 3 hours in length, and includes time to bake and enjoy your creations. You’ll learn directly from professional chefs through a mix of demonstration and hands-on cooking.

Each class is about three hours long. This includes about two hours of hands-on baking and about thirty minutes to an hour for enjoying your culinary creations.

Each class focuses on different recipes, concepts, and techniques. Details regarding the specifics for each class can be found in the class description.

Our Baking Classes warmly welcome everyone, regardless of skill level, from beginners to experienced home chefs.

The cost for baking classes varies depending on the recipes prepared in class. This includes the cooking class and all the ingredients. Be sure to check the class description for pricing when you go to sign up. 

Each class typically accommodates up to twelves students so that we are able to offer a better, more individualized hands-on experience.

Yes, we do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies if communicated at the time of registration.

Yes, we’ll have everything set up for your success! This includes pre-measured ingredients and baking tools and aprons.

Please arrive in comfortable, closed-toe shoes as you will be standing and baking for the majority of the time. We also recommend tying back long hair. Aprons will be provided.

Absolutely! You can purchase a specific baking class for another person if you know the baking class that the recipient wants to attend. Alternatively, you can buy an online gift certificate for them to choose their preferred baking class.

Due to preparation and purchasing of ingredients, cancellations are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule if you notify us at least 72 hours before the class.

It is a good idea to have something to eat before attending a baking class. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring a light snack with you. Sometimes you’ll enjoy what you’ve made in class and other times you’ll be preparing treats to take home. Be sure to check the class description to view the specifics of what you’ll be making in class.

Your health and safety are extremely important to us.

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen and classroom environment. We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
