Take a dive under the sea with us! This class is completely focused on tasty, classic ways to prepare fresh seafood. We’ll teach you how to properly clean and cook fish and shellfish, incorporating them into traditional dishes from Spain and France. You’ll never find yourself in another “sink or swim” situation when it comes to seafood!
- Paella with shrimp and mussels
- White fish en papillote
- Crab croquettes with remoulade
