Step aside Marie Callendar, we’re swapping frozen for fresh! We are firm believers that you can’t beat a classic comfort food and as it turns out, there are a lot of skills to learn in perfecting pot pie. Join our chef instructors to learn all about homemade, buttery, flaky pastry dough that’s perfect for any pie and how to make the classic French sauce bechamel for the base of a perfect chicken pot pie. Each guest will get taste a chef prepared pot pie during class and then take theirs home to bake and enjoy later!
- Butter lettuce, radish, avocado, and fines herbes salad with green goddess dressing
- Homemade flaky pastry dough
- Take-home chicken and vegetables pot pies

If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
