All the Pastabilities! Pasta Making Class April 5th

Learn the art of handmade artisan pasta with Chef Schwed. In this pasta making class, you’ll learn two different pasta shapes paired with delicious sauces. Let’s mangia!

Menu:

• Tortellini with Butternut Squash Filling and Sage Brown Butter Sauce
• Pappardelle with Tarragon and White Wine Cream Sauce

*Please be on time and wearing closed-toe shoes.
*$100 per ticket. 

Cancellation policy:
*Please note:  All purchases are non-refundable.  Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to reschedule your reservation.  If you cancel less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits, or class transfers for classes missed.  If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
