Ciao a tutti! Learn the art of handmade pasta and make two homemade sauces to layer a delicious pan of lasagna. Each student will make their own lasagna in class (pan provided) to take home and bake later. After making their lasagnas, students will enjoy a chef-prepared one together. Let’s mangia!
- Fresh pasta dough
- Hand rolled lasagna noodles
- Fresh basil & tomato sauce
- Ricotta bechamel
*Please be on time and wearing closed-toe shoes, face masks are required.
*Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
