It’s finally fall and this cool weather have us craving some warm, cozy comfort foods.

Take a trip to the French countryside with us and pre-order your braising kits for pick up Thursday October 15!
We’ll make sure you have a delicious, homemade dinner on the table in no time.

How it works:
We’ve taken out all the hard work and left you with the fun. We’ve done all the slicing, mixed up exciting spice blends, and included some tasty toppings and sides. We’ll give you all the instructions you’ll need to get cooking at home! Each kit serves 4 people.
Orders must be placed before Tuesday 10/13 by 12 pm
Kits will be ready for pick-up Thursday 10/15
–You can stop by anytime Thursday between 12 pm and 4 pm to pick up your order

This week’s kits!

Coq au Vin kit includes: *Raw* chicken thighs, onion, garlic, carrots, flour, braising liquid, pearl onions, cremini mushrooms, and one bouquet garni
Beef Bourguignon kit includes: *Raw* beef, onion, garlic, carrots, flour, braising liquid, pearl onions, cremini mushrooms, and one bouquet garni
Homemade Dinner Rolls kit includes: SLICE dinner roll dough, honey butter, and baking pan
Creamy Roasted Garlic Potatoes kit includes: Gold potatoes, roasted garlic, herb butter, and SLICE mashed potato mix
Pots de Creme kit: French chocolate custard base and salted caramel topping

Your health and safety are extremely important to us.

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen and classroom environment. We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
