Ciao a tutti! Feast of 7 fishes is one of Italy’s oldest traditions, rekindled by Italian-American families by preparing a seven-course seafood meal, that both made them feel close to their homes, while celebrating the sea, a major connection in Italy. Families gather around a feast of seven different seafood dishes and in this case, amazing wine pairings! Join our chefs and sommelier from Vine Lore for our very own La Festa dei Sette Pesci!


  • Crab and buttery phyllo with lemon and anchovy aioli
  • Olive oil poached shrimp, cannellini and arugula salad
  • Cioppino stew with mussels, clams and charred bread
  • Prosciutto wrapped white fish and asparagus over creamy risotto

*Please note:  All purchases are nonrefundable.  Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to  reschedule your reservation.  If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed.  If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
