Advance your culinary knowledge in this 2 week intensive without committing to our 12-week professional course. Learn all the essential principles of baking and pastry on a professional level.
In this course you will learn:
- Quick breads and yeast breads
- Pies, galettes, pastries, cookies
- Cakes and frostings
- Sugars and chocolates
- Leaveners and baking at high altitudes
- Custards and puddings
- Differences in batters and doughs
Monday through Friday are hands-on, in person. Limited seats are available so that we can ensure that you are receiving the individual attention necessary for an intensive course. All course materials will be provided.
After completion of this week-long intensive course, you will receive a certificate of completion and credit towards this portion of our 12-week professional culinary course.
