Clean Eating Cooking Class – January 5th

Learn all about clean eating to kickstart the New Year! This new class series will take place once a month and focus on teaching you clean, low-calorie, high-nutrition recipes that will make clean eating feel easy, approachable and delicious! Our chef instructors will guide you through how to prepare two different dishes, sharing lots of meal prep tips and variations so that you are able to turn two recipes into a number of meals.

Menu:

  • Warm farro and arugula salad with pan seared rosemary flank steak
  • Sweet and spicy glazed salmon with Thai green beans and citrus rice

*Please be on time and wearing closed-toe shoes.

*Please note:  All purchases are nonrefundable.  Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to  reschedule your reservation.  If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed.  If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

Your health and safety are extremely important to us.

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen and classroom environment. We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
