Artisan Pasta Making Class – June 28th

Discover how to make artisan pasta like an expert in this exciting cooking class with Chef Schwed. Learn classic techniques for how to craft delicious pasta you can easily recreate at home. You will never use store-bought again! Roll up your sleeves and learn proper techniques to prepare pasta from scratch. Everything you knead to know from forming the dough to cooking the pasta. It’s an experience that leaves you with valuable skills! Pasta la vista, baby!

Artisan Pasta Making Menu:

  • Three cheese & sausage lasagna
  • Lemon ricotta ravioli with pomodoro sauce

Don an apron and let’s whip up some culinary memories!

*Please be on time, wearing closed-toe shoes.

*Class is $100 per ticket. Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity below for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion. 

*Please note:  All purchases are nonrefundable.  Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation.  If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed.  If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

Your health and safety are extremely important to us.

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen and classroom environment. We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
