It’s getting cold outside and it’s time to turn up the heat! On your ovens that is.

Pre-Order your roasting kits for pick up Thursday 11/5!
We’ll make sure you have a delicious, homemade dinner on the table in no time.

How it works:
We’ve taken out all the hard work and left you with the fun. We’ve done all the slicing, mixed up some exciting spice blends, and included some tasty toppings and sides. We’ll give you all the instructions you’ll need to get cooking at home! Each kit serves 4 people. *Tax is included*
Orders must be placed before Tuesday 11/3 by 12 pm
Kits will be ready for pick-up Thursday 11/5
–You can stop by anytime Thursday between 12 pm and 4 pm to pick up your order

This week’s kits!
  • Whole roasted cornish hen kit includes: *raw cornish hen*, SLICE herb rub, garlic, and onion
  • Bacon wrapped pork loin kit includes: *raw pork loin*, *raw bacon strips*, SLICE mustard and peppercorn rub, and mixed herbs
  • Roasted root vegetables kit includes: SLICE garlic oil, sweet potatoes, carrots, butternut squash, parsnips, rutabaga and fresh herbs
  • Roasted broccolini kit includes: Fresh broccolini, SLICE garlic oil, lemon salt, and shaved parmesan
  • Roasted brussels sprouts kit includes: Fresh brussels sprouts, SLICE garlic oil, lemon salt, and shaved parmesan
  • Puff pastry pears kit includes: Puff pastry sheets, poached pears, and homemade crème anglaise
  • Donate a dinner for 4: Share the love and purchase a meal to donate to a family of 4 in our community. Each donation will include a full meal (entree, side and dessert) that is fully prepared and delivered to a family in need.  SLICE is collaborating with the South Salt Lake Police Athletic League (PAL) to help identify families in need and deliver the diners to them.

Your health and safety are extremely important to us.

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen and classroom environment. We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
