Flaky Pie dough
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup butter, frozen and grated
1 tablespoon white vinegar
5-7 tablespoons ice cold water
Instructions:

5. Once mixture looks crumbly, but holds together when you squeeze it in the palm of your hand, transfer from mixing bowl onto a large piece of plastic wrap.
6. Using the plastic wrap, gently press crumbly mixture together to form a flat disc.
7. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight before using.
