There’s nothing better than gathering around the table for a warm, comforting meal as the temperatures begin to drop.

Join us in the SLICE kitchen for a hands-on celebration of fall flavors! We’ll start the evening by mixing up an Apple Cider Bourbon Smash, a cozy seasonal cocktail that sets the tone for the night. Then, our chefs will guide you through a harvest-inspired menu featuring Autumn Harvest Stuffed Peppers, a hearty Cozy Squash Stew, tender Pumpkin Cornbread, and warm Apple Fritters for the perfect sweet finish.

Along the way, you’ll practice approachable cooking techniques, learn how to build layers of seasonal flavor, and create recipes you’ll want to bring back to your table all season long. Whether you’re looking for new ideas for fall entertaining, a cozy meal to share with family and friends, or simply a fun night in the kitchen, this class is all about good food, seasonal flavors, and enjoying time around the table.

**All attendees must be 21 years of age or older. Date of birth is required during registration, and valid photo ID may be required at check-in.

*Date Night Tickets are priced $210 per couple. One purchase = two seats. Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion. 

Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
