No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Tarts
12 mini tart shells
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
6 sliced strawberries
1 tablespoon rose water
1 mint leaf
Extra strawberries, whipped cream, and edible flowers for garnish
- In a blender, combine cream cheese, sugar, berries, rose water, and mint leaf.
- Puree until completely smooth. Pour into mini tart shells and transfer to refrigerator.
- Let chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top each little tart with strawberries, whipped cream and edible flowers just beforeserving. Enjoy!
Note: To make this a full size cheesecake, double the filling ingredients and pour into a 9-inch pie shell or cheesecake crust instead of mini tart shells
