No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Tarts

Makes 12

12 mini tart shells
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
6 sliced strawberries
1 tablespoon rose water
1 mint leaf
Extra strawberries, whipped cream, and edible flowers for garnish

  1. In a blender, combine cream cheese, sugar, berries, rose water, and mint leaf.
  2. Puree until completely smooth. Pour into mini tart shells and transfer to refrigerator.
  3. Let chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Top each little tart with strawberries, whipped cream and edible flowers just beforeserving. Enjoy!

Note: To make this a full size cheesecake, double the filling ingredients and pour into a 9-inch pie shell or cheesecake crust instead of mini tart shells

  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
