Date Night Cooking Classes in Salt Lake City Utah

If you’re looking for a fun date night activity that combines quality time and delicious food, check out our date night cooking classes in Salt Lake!

Each class lasts about 3 hours, which includes time for preparing the night’s cuisine through demonstrations from our professional chefs, cooking the meal, and sitting down to a beautifully set table at the end of the evening to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Everything you need to prepare the night’s dish is provided, including pre-measured ingredients and all the necessary cooking equipment. All you need to do is register for the class, show up and make some wonderful memories!

International Cooking Classes In Salt Lake City Utah

That’s why we’re thrilled to take you on a culinary journey with our international cooking classes in Salt Lake!

If you’ve ever had a tantalizing plate of butter chicken and saffron scented rice pilaf, or delicious beef drunken noodles and mango sticky rice, you’ll learn exactly how to master the authentic techniques to make those dishes at home anytime you want.

Basic Knife Skills Classes in Salt Lake City Utah

One of the secrets to navigating your way around a kitchen is to become confident and efficient with a knife.

This basic knife skills class in Salt Lake is perfect for any skill level (no matter if you’re a beginner, or a professional chef).

A chef’s knife is the most important tool in the kitchen, and learning how to use the knife properly will make it easier for you to create amazing meals. We’ll show you how to choose the best knife for a particular task, how to hold the knife properly, and you’ll learn a variety of cutting techniques like julienne, dicing, and Chiffonade among others.

We’ll even provide a professional Chef’s knife that you can use during the class. If you have a knife of your own that you’d like to bring in, that’s not a problem!

Your health and safety are extremely important to us.

We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
