Ingredients:
12 tablespoons – 1 pound of butter
Instructions:
- Place butter in a medium sauce pot and melt over low heat. Let butter melt without stirring.
- Once butter melts, it will begin to separate. Skim foam and milk solids off the top of the butter until all of it is removed.
- If there are a few bits that were difficult to skim left at the end, strain the remaining butter through a fine mesh strainer.
- Let cool and transfer to a container. Set aside and use for any searing, grilling, or high-heat cooking needs!
