How to Cook Pork Tenderloin

Perfect Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
¼ cup beer
¼ cup Worcestershire
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup canola oil, plus extra for grilling
1 tablespoon whole grain Dijon
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper, for seasoning

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together beer, Worcestershire, soy sauce, canola, mustard, honey, garlic, and rosemary. Place pork tenderloin a gallon Ziploc bag or shallow baking dish and cover with marinade. Gently massage marinade into pork and let rest and room temperature 20-30 minutes.
  2. While pork marinates, preheat grill to medium high and preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Once pork has marinated, remove from marinade and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Oil grill grates and place pork on preheated grill. Grill 2-3 minutes per side, until pork has grill marks and is slightly charred.
  4. Transfer to a baking sheet and place in preheated oven. Finish cooking in oven for another 20-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145-150 degrees.
  5. Remove from oven and let rest at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
