Perfect Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
¼ cup beer
¼ cup Worcestershire
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup canola oil, plus extra for grilling
1 tablespoon whole grain Dijon
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper, for seasoning
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together beer, Worcestershire, soy sauce, canola, mustard, honey, garlic, and rosemary. Place pork tenderloin a gallon Ziploc bag or shallow baking dish and cover with marinade. Gently massage marinade into pork and let rest and room temperature 20-30 minutes.
- While pork marinates, preheat grill to medium high and preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Once pork has marinated, remove from marinade and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Oil grill grates and place pork on preheated grill. Grill 2-3 minutes per side, until pork has grill marks and is slightly charred.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and place in preheated oven. Finish cooking in oven for another 20-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145-150 degrees.
- Remove from oven and let rest at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
