How to Make Turkish Coffee
Ingredients:
Water
Turkish ground coffee
Sugar cubes, if desired
Instructions:
1. Add water to small coffee pots. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons Turkish coffee per cup. Add 1-2 cubes sugar per cup, if desired.
2. Heat small pots in hot sand, hot ash, or over gas stove. Let coffee boil, pour one third into coffee cup, boil again, and pour another third into coffee cup, and then boil the last time and pour remaining into coffee cup.
3. Enjoy your Turkish coffee, flip cup upside down onto saucer, and then read each other’s fortunes!
