600D Super-Fast Waterproof Pocket Thermometer is accurate to ±0.9°F. Which is uncommon in low-cost digital pocket thermometers where the competition’s accuracy is ±2.0°F, barely meeting the FDA Food Code.

The reduced tip is only 1/16″ diameter and complies with USDA meat thermometer requirements. Fully speed-tested in the ThermoWorks Standards Lab to ensure the thermometer reaches within 0.9°F of the final temperature in only 5-6 seconds (at any temperature in the range).

180-Degree Auto-Rotating Display
600D features a 180-degree auto-rotating display, so no matter if you’re left-handed or right-handed you won’t have to kink your neck to read the display.

Simply press the backlight button to illuminate the 600D display for low-light environments.

Tough, and Waterproof
Designed specifically for daily use in commercial kitchens. Designed with minimal food traps and rubberized button panels that give 600D a waterproof IP67 rating. 600D can withstand the rigors of the commercial kitchen and can easily be cleaned.

600D comes with a five-year coverage on material and workmanship including any failure in the thermometer circuit. Includes online, email, and phone access to the ThermoWorks Tech Support team.

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen and classroom environment. We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
