In this hands-on class, you’ll work side by side to create a vibrant, island-inspired menu, learning to balance sweet, savory, and citrus elements while building depth of flavor through approachable, refined techniques. Explore the essence of Hawaiian cuisine—fresh tropical ingredients, subtle smokiness, and bright acidity—while enjoying a relaxed, inviting atmosphere.
Whether you’re planning a unique night out or just trying something new together, the evening ends with a shared meal—unhurried, delicious, and memorable.

*Date Night Tickets are priced $220 per couple. One purchase = two seats.
*Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion.
*Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
