The Botanical BBQ: A Plant-Based Grill Experience July 31st
Take your grilling skills further in this hands-on Plant-Based Grill experience. In this class, you’ll explore the art and science behind crafting beautiful plant-based, restaurant-quality dishes right at home.
You’ll work with thoughtfully selected ingredients while learning techniques that enhance flavor, texture, and structure, from marinating to searing and smoking. This session is designed to build confidence, encourage creativity, and deepen your understanding of the grilling process in a fun, approachable way.
Expect a relaxed, interactive environment with plenty of guidance and room to experiment along the way. You’ll leave having eaten a deliciously grilled meal, with new skills, and the inspiration to continue grilling at home.

*This class is designed for adults 18 years and older. Exceptions for participants under 18 may be granted at the sole discretion of SLICE and requires prior written permission from SLICE.
*$100 per ticket. Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion.
*Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
