Step into the romance and indulgence of a Parisian evening without leaving Salt Lake City. Paris After Dark: Date Night Edition is an immersive couples’ cooking experience inspired by the warmth, elegance, and bold flavors of a classic Parisian bistro at night.

Guests will work together to create a multi-course French-inspired menu while learning foundational techniques used in professional brasserie kitchens. From rich sauces and perfectly seared proteins to delicate plating and dessert finishing, this class blends hands-on instruction with an intimate, shared dining experience.

Designed for couples, friends, or anyone looking to enjoy a memorable night out, this experience emphasizes collaboration, flavor balance, and timing—just like a real Paris kitchen service. After cooking, guests sit down together to enjoy the meal they’ve created in a relaxed, candlelit setting.

Expect an evening filled with laughter, technique-driven cooking, and indulgent French flavors—perfect for a date night that feels both elevated and approachable.

*Date Night Tickets are priced $210 per couple. One purchase = two seats. Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion. 

*Please note:  All purchases are nonrefundable.  Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation.  If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed.  If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
