Market Fresh: Summer Edition July 25th
Celebrate the height of summer with an evening centered around seasonal cooking, gathering together, and sharing a beautiful meal. This hands-on experience is designed to capture the warmth and simplicity of the season in a relaxed, welcoming environment where you’ll cook, connect, and enjoy every part of the process.
Throughout the class, you’ll work with peak-season ingredients while learning polished culinary techniques that highlight fresh flavor, texture, and balance. From perfectly roasted vegetables to an herb-roasted half chicken and a classic blueberry cobbler, each dish is crafted to feel refined, approachable, and deeply rooted in the flavors of summer.
Whether you’re joining us for date night, an evening with friends, or simply to enjoy a memorable culinary experience, this class is equal parts elevated and inviting. We’ll finish the evening gathered around the table, enjoying the meal together and celebrating the best of the summer season.

*Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
