Junior Chef: Elegant Dinner January 30th

Calling all foodies ages 9 and up! With the help of our instructors, your Junior Chef will learn to prepare an elegant meal, perfect for any dinner party or to surprise your family with their new skills! In this cooking class,  your aspiring chef will learn all the techniques they need to prepare a beautiful salmon wellington and elegant sides to accompany it.

• Salmon Wellington
• Lemony Smashed Potatoes
• Roasted Asparagus
• Salad with Vinaigrette

*Class is for Junior Chefs ages 9 and up!
*Please be on time, wearing closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.

*Junior Chef Class is $100 per ticket. Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion.

*Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
