No tricks here—this Halloween menu is all treats!

Celebrate Halloween with a cozy, hands-on cooking class filled with the flavors of fall. Our chefs will guide you through a festive seasonal menu that’s equal parts comforting, creative, and delicious.

You’ll carve out some kitchen fun with Jack-O-Lantern Filled Bell Peppers, simmer a hearty Squash Stew, bake warm Pumpkin Cornbread, and finish the evening with irresistible Apple Fritters.

Come dressed for the season, bring your appetite, and get ready for a frightfully fun night in the kitchen. These recipes are perfect for adding a little Halloween magic to your own autumn gatherings!

Please be on time, wearing closed-toe shoes.

This class is designed for adults 18 years and older. Exceptions for participants under 18 may be granted at the sole discretion of SLICE and require prior written permission from SLICE.

Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

Your health and safety are extremely important to us.

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen and classroom environment. We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
