Get ready to toss, stretch, bake, and taste your way through a seriously delicious night in the kitchen. In this hands-on class, you’ll explore three irresistible Italian favorites, from blistered Neapolitan-style pizza to crisp Roman-style pizza and ultra-thin, cheesy Focaccia di Recco.

We’ll kick things off with a from-scratch Caesar salad, then dive into the dough and fire up the ovens. Expect plenty of hands-on cooking, chef tips, and great food along the way.

*Must be 21+ to attend.

*Please be on time, wearing closed-toe shoes.

*Class is $110 per ticket.

*Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion. 

*Please note:  All purchases are nonrefundable.  Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation.  If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed.  If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
