Chef’s Table Lunch with Guest Chef Peter Hodgson October 2nd

Join us at Chef’s table for a unique lunch experience with a guest, world-class chef! Enjoy an interactive cooking demonstration with Chef Peter Hodgson, CEC, AAC and Executive Chef over the University of Utah, as he surprises your taste buds with a one-of-a-kind menu. Take a midday break, bring a friend, and learn while you lunch!

Menu: Guest Chef Peter Hodgson will select the menu. Each Chef’s table menu will vary according to the availability of seasonal ingredients and the Chef’s menu selection. Please note that due to the dynamic nature of these classes, dietary restrictions may not be accommodated.

*Class is $25 per ticket. Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion. 

*Please be on time.

*Please note:  All purchases are non-refundable.  Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to reschedule your reservation.  If you cancel less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits, or class transfers for classes missed.  If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

Your health and safety are extremely important to us.

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen and classroom environment. We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
