Booking Process and Cancellations

When to Book?

To ensure you secure your preferred date, we recommend making your reservation 2-4 months in advance. Our peak season for corporate events is from September to year’s end, with a secondary busy period in April-May. Summer usually sees fewer corporate events, giving you more flexibility during that time.

As a culinary education facility, proper health and safety protocols are integral to our service. Our team maintains all required food safety credentials and training. We have hand washing stations, use gloves, and adhere to all sanitization best practices.
Yes, our conveniently located venue has plenty of free parking available in our lot. Street parking is also free in the neighborhood.
Absolutely! If you are local to Salt Lake City, contact us to arrange an in-person tour. For those outside the area, we can provide a virtual video tour.
The deposit is non-refundable, however with sufficient advance notice we can transfer your deposit to a new date. Contact us for details.
We allow clients to decorate our spaces according to their desired theme and provide assistance. Let us know your vision and we will make it come true!
No request is too big or too small. Our coordinators will work closely with you to execute any special requirements related to guest accessibility, dietary restrictions, or other needs.

Your health and safety are extremely important to us.

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen and classroom environment. We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
