Valentine’s Dinner Demonstration and Wine Pairing February 15th

This exclusive Valentine’s Day cooking demonstration features an exquisite menu curated for an unforgettable evening. Our chef will demonstrate the secrets behind curating an elegant menu and pairing the perfect wines, concluding the evening on a sweet note with a decadent dessert. Elevate your celebration of love with this culinary experience, where you’ll not only savor the results but also gain the skills to recreate an elegant Valentine’s Day dinner for your special someone.

Valentine’s Dinner and Wine Pairing Menu:

  • French Onion Soup
  • Beet and Citrus Salad with Blood Orange Vinaigrette
  • Pastry Wrapped Beef Tenderloin with Pave Potatoes and Balsamic Brussel Sprouts
  • Chocolate Budino with Caramel Brûlée and Bourbon Whipped Cream

*Must be 21+ to attend. 

*Class is $125 per ticket.
*Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion. 

*Please note:  All purchases are non-refundable.  Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to reschedule your reservation.  If you cancel less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits, or class transfers for classes missed.  If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

Your health and safety are extremely important to us.

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen and classroom environment. We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
