Event Description

Spring Harvest Soirée Cooking Class May 2nd

Welcome the season to the table with a feast built around the best that spring has to offer. In this hands-on class, you’ll work with bright citrus, fresh herbs, and light, vibrant ingredients that capture everything we love about this time of year — crisp, clean flavors balanced with rich, satisfying technique.

You’ll walk away with the skills to bring a stunning spring meal to life at home, from building a bold vinaigrette to mastering the patience and finesse behind a perfect risotto. We’ll finish by sitting down together to enjoy every bite — because that’s what spring cooking is all about.

  • Shaved Fennel, Citrus & Arugula Salad with Lemon-Champagne Vinaigrette
  • Seared Salmon with Lemon and Garlic
  • Risotto with Spring Herbs and Peas
