Join us at SLICE on Friday, November 8th for an unforgettable evening of French cuisine and wine. This immersive tasting experience features a four-course menu crafted by our chef and paired with wines selected by SLICE’s wine consultant — each course designed to showcase the harmony between flavor, technique, and terroir.
Guests will enjoy a live cooking demonstration alongside curated wine pairings selected by our chef and SLICE’s wine consultant. Throughout the evening, we’ll explore the flavor profiles of each wine — discussing how they complement the dishes, what makes them unique, and how to identify the subtle notes that bring each pairing to life.

*Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
