Not only will you master time-honored pickling and charcuterie techniques, but you’ll also take home the skills to create your own impressive boards for entertaining. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed.
