Turn up the heat and experience the bold, vibrant flavors of Latin cuisine in this hands-on summer date night cooking class! Together, you’ll learn essential grilling and flavor-building techniques as you create a colorful seasonal menu inspired by lively Latin kitchens and summer gatherings.
Kick off the evening by learning how to craft a refreshing seasonal Paloma cocktail, the perfect pairing for a warm summer night. Then dive into the kitchen as you roast, grill, chop, and build your way through a vibrant Latin-inspired menu filled with smoky spices, fresh herbs, bright citrus, and bold summer flavors.
From fire-roasted vegetables and crispy fingerling potatoes to juicy grilled chicken thighs topped with fresh chimichurri, every dish is designed to bring bold flavors to life. Along the way, you’ll practice knife skills, balancing flavors, roasting techniques, grilling fundamentals, and cocktail basics in a relaxed, social atmosphere.

*Date Night Tickets are priced $225 per couple. One purchase = two seats.
*Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion.
*Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
