Celebrate the flavors of Tuscany this fall with a hands-on cooking class inspired by the season. Learn to prepare rustic Italian dishes using fresh autumn ingredients like mushrooms, root vegetables, and herbs. Guided by our chef, you’ll craft a comforting menu perfect for cool evenings and take home recipes to recreate the warmth of Tuscany in your own kitchen.

- Pork Medallions with a Pan Sauce
- Roasted Mushrooms & Brussel Sprouts

*Must be 21+ to attend.
*Please be on time, wearing closed-toe shoes.
*Date Night Tickets are priced $210 per couple. One purchase = two seats. Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion.
*Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
