Calling all dessert lovers! In this hands-on baking class, teen chefs will master the art of silky-smooth custards and light, airy pastries. From torching the perfect Crème Brûlée to piping Éclairs, crafting creamy Panna Cotta, and baking cheesy, flavorful Gougères, this class is packed with delicious techniques to take your baking skills to the next level.
Whether you’re a beginner or already love to bake, our expert instructors will guide you step by step as you whip, stir, and bake your way to pastry perfection. Get ready to create (and eat!) some seriously impressive desserts!

*Teen Chef Classes are for Teen Chefs ages 13-18.
*Please be on time, wearing closed-toe shoes.
*Class is $175 per ticket. Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion.
*Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
