Event Description
Athena’s Table: A Mediterranean Feast April 11th
Gather around the table and journey to the sun-drenched shores of the Mediterranean in this immersive, hands-on culinary experience inspired by the flavors of Greece and its coastal neighbors.
In this technique-driven class, you’ll prepare a vibrant feast rooted in tradition and layered with bold, fresh flavor. Learn the delicate art of wrapping dolmades, knead and roll fresh pasta from scratch, and master the slow-roasting method that transforms simple vegetables into something deeply aromatic and beautifully caramelized.
Along the way, you’ll explore the hallmarks of Mediterranean cooking — bright citrus, fragrant herbs, generous olive oil, and the balance of rustic simplicity with refined technique. Whether you’re expanding your skills or simply cooking for the joy of it, you’ll leave with practical techniques and the confidence to recreate this feast at home.
We’ll finish by gathering around the table to share the meal together — just as it’s meant to be enjoyed.
Menu:
- Briam (Greek Roasted Vegetables)
- Dolmades (Stuffed Grape Leaves)
- Pasta Athena
