Take your bread-making skills to the next level in this hands-on, advanced baking class! Part II of our Artisan Bread Series is designed for students who have completed Part I or already have a solid foundation in basic bread techniques. Over this immersive session, you’ll explore more sophisticated dough handling, fermentation, and shaping methods to create bakery-quality loaves at home.
This class is hands-on, interactive, and full of opportunities for experimentation. Students will leave with tasty finished loaves, in-depth knowledge of advanced bread-making methods, and confidence to tackle challenging recipes on their own. Perfect for passionate home bakers looking to elevate their skills, this class is a true journey into the art and science of artisan bread.

*This class is designed for adults 18 years and older. Exceptions for participants under 18 may be granted at the sole discretion of SLICE and requires prior written permission from SLICE.
*$100 per ticket. Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion.
*Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
