Fright Feast & Spooky Brews Pairing Class October 18th

Join us for an extraordinary evening where culinary artistry meets craft brewing expertise. Our SLICE chef and our friends at Level Crossing Brewing Company will be pairing these exquisite dishes with carefully selected brews. Whether you’re a seasoned epicurean or a culinary enthusiast, this class is designed to elevate your appreciation for the art of pairing fine cuisine with exceptional craft beers.

Courses and Beer Pairing Menu:

  • 1st: Grilled Fall Vegetable Salad paired with  Jazz Loon Pilsner
  • 2nd: Duck Confit with Sour Cherry and Apple paired with Timpanator Lager
  • 3rd: Red Wine Braised Beef Short Rib, Butternut Squash Puree and Roasted Beets paired with Soul Rex IPA
  • 4th: Pumpkin Crème Brulée  paired with Barrel Aged Wheat Wine

 

*Must be 21+ to attend. 

*Class is $85 per ticket

*Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion. 

*Please note:  All purchases are non-refundable.  Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to reschedule your reservation.  If you cancel less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits, or class transfers for classes missed.  If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

Your health and safety are extremely important to us.

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen and classroom environment. We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
