SLICE and Vine Lore have teamed up again! Join us for a wine & tapas class. We will demonstrate how to make delicious, Spanish inspired small plates and pair them with the perfect wines. Whether you come to learn about new, unique wines, have a chef-prepared meal or make it a date night, it’s sure to be a grape time!

Menu:

  • Marinated olives, Marcona almonds, and manchego with quince
  • Croquetas de Jamón
  • Tortilla Española (Spanish potato cake with manchego and vegetable)
  • Chicken, Shrimp and Mussels Paella

*Please note that there will be shellfish served in this class*
*This event is ages 21 and up only.
*$115 per ticket.
*Please be on time.

Cancellation Policy:

*Please note:  All purchases are nonrefundable.  Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to reschedule your reservation.  If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed.  If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

Your health and safety are extremely important to us.

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen and classroom environment. We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
