Looking for something a little extra special this Valentine’s day? Enjoy an elegant, four-course dinner, a cooking demonstration, and Vine Lore sommelier curated wine pairings with us at SLICE.


  • Butternut squash bisque with creme fraiche
  • Pan-seared crab cake with roasted red pepper remoulade
  • Filet of beef with sweet potato puree and heirloom carrots
  • Dark chocolate pots de creme with orange and vanilla whipped cream

*Courses will be paired with wines. Pairings are included in ticket price* *One ticket = one seat*

*Please be on time. Face masks are required. Class is demonstration only. 

*Please note:  All purchases are nonrefundable.  Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to  reschedule your reservation.  If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed.  If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

Your health and safety are extremely important to us.

We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask.   • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
