Think Pink: Pastry Class February 9th
Inspired by the iconic Funny Face, where Miss Prescott famously praised the power and poise of all things pink, this vibrant pastry class celebrates the color in its most delicious form. Join Chef Gabriel as he guides you through a collection of beautifully blushed pastries and bold, berry-forward confections.
Throughout the class, you’ll learn techniques that bring both elegance and playfulness to your baking exploring natural color, balanced sweetness, and layered flavor. Along the way, Chef Gabriel will share his personal favorite: the enchanting and aromatic Persian Love Cake, scented with warm spice and floral notes.

*This class is designed for adults 18 years and older. Exceptions for participants under 18 may be granted at the sole discretion of SLICE and requires prior written permission.
*Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
