In this Summer Skillet Chicken cooking class, we will focus on menus built around easy, elegant, and simply delicious foods that anyone can make. Often, the best dishes are the simplest ones. Roast assured that this chicken dinner, made with easy-to-find ingredients, will be perfect for you to whip up at your next elegant dinner party with friends or for a simply delicious weeknight dinner. Learn the proper techniques to create amazing plates that you likely never thought you could cook at home!

• Homemade Caesar Salad
• Crispy Skillet Chicken Thighs
• Roasted Broccoli with Lemon, Parmesan & Basil
• Chef-prepared Ice Cream with Balsamic-Macerated Berries

*Please be on time, wearing closed-toe shoes.

*Class is $100 per ticket. Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion. 

*Please note:  All purchases are nonrefundable.  Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation.  If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed.  If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
