Simply Delicious Salmon – July 10th

Fine dining without all the fuss!

This new Simply Delicious cooking class series, we will focus on menus built around easy, elegant and simply delicious foods that anyone can make with easy-to-find ingredients. Often, the best dishes are the simplest ones. You’ll be swimming upstream to whip up this simply delicious salmon menu for your next elegant dinner party or weeknight dinner.

Learn the proper techniques to create amazing plates that you likely never thought you could cook at home!

Simply Delicious Salmon Menu:

  • Chef-prepared Welcome Appetizer
  • Lemon Dill Vinaigrette Green Salad
  • Perfect Oven Roasted Salmon
  • Ginger Carrots with Rosemary & Fennel
  • Chef-prepared Lemon Olive Oil Tart

*Please be on time, wearing closed-toe shoes.

*Class is $100 per ticket. Gratuity is not included. The option to add a gratuity for your chef instructors and our team is available at your discretion. 

*Please note:  All purchases are nonrefundable.  Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your reservation.  If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed.  If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

Your health and safety are extremely important to us.

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen and classroom environment. We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
