Dinner and a show at SLICE, featuring The Hammered Copper

There won’t be any singing and dancing (we don’t think), but we promise you’ll be entertained and educated by the expert chefs and mixologists of Salt Lake Culinary Education and The Hammered Copper. You’ll enjoy a cooking and cocktail making demonstration, during which you’ll learn how to elevate your home cooking experience, and the skills you need to complement any entree with a craft cocktail. If cocktails aren’t your thing, The Hammered Copper’s mixologist will also provide deftly prepared mocktails.

Menu:

  • Roasted beet salad with goat cheese and pumpkin seed vinaigrette
  • Smoky pork chop with apple-cranberry-maple chutney, broccolini, and parsnip puree
  • Pecan squares with herb shortbread crust with vanilla bourbon whipped cream

Ticket will include a three-course meal, two prepared cocktails/mocktails, a commemorative cocktail glass, and recipe cards. Act fast! Class size is limited to 20 people.

*Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable, however, we honor a 72 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education cannot provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed as a result of events beyond our control. You may send a friend in your place in any such circumstance.

We regularly clean and disinfect our facility throughout the day and class sizes are currently limited to practice proper distancing. All staff is required to wear a face mask. We are doing everything we can to keep our guests and SLICE team safe, and are asking for your help with these additional precautions:

  • Upon arrival, you will sign in and have your temperature taken at the front desk. Any guests with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to go home.
  • You will be required to wear a face mask and gloves during the prep and cooking segments of class. You will be allowed to remove your face mask once you are seated at a dining table.
  • Please wash your hands upon arrival and after touching your phone, your face, door handles, and other surfaces outside of the kitchen.
