Join a SLICE chef and Bohemian Brewery as they demonstrate how to make delicious, German inspired small plates and pair them with festive, seasonal brews. Whether you come to learn about new, unique beers, have a chef-prepared meal or make it a date night, we can’t wait to see you at our “brew-ha-ha”!
- Soft pretzel sticks with spicy beer mustard & kolsh pale hybrid lager
- Sautéed bratwurst with bacon and blaukraut (red cabbage and apple) & German style pilsner
- Spaetzle with gruyere and caramelized onions & Oktoberfest Märzenbier

*Please note: All purchases are nonrefundable. Our cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice in order to reschedule your reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed. If this circumstance arises, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
