Celebrate your Cinco de Mayo at SLICE! Let’s taco ’bout tasty, unique ways to grill and tips for using your Traeger grill. We’ll teach you how to turn up the heat, get to smoking and grilling, and assemble flavorful tacos that will leave the neighbors saying “wow, it sure smells good over there!”
Menu:
- Smoked tomato salsa
- Honey, lime, and adobo marinated chicken taco
- Dry rubbed flank steak taco
- Mexican street corn

If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed.
