Join us for an unforgettable evening as Salt Lake Culinary Education partners with Level Crossing Brewing Co. a local brewery known for crafting approachable, well-balanced beers inspired by classic European styles.
Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, this special four-course pairing experience celebrates Irish-inspired flavors alongside thoughtfully brewed selections designed to complement each dish.
Our chef has crafted a menu that highlights the unique character of each beer—exploring how malt richness, hop bitterness, fermentation, and carbonation interact with flavor to create seamless harmony between food and brew.
Guests will enjoy a guided tasting led by Chef Chris Holbrook, alongside a beer expert from Level Crossing Brewing Company, gaining insight into pairing techniques that elevate both the plate and the pint.

If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your scheduled class, Salt Lake Culinary Education will NOT provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed.
