Knead A Little Christmas: 4 Hour Holiday Breads Workshop – Dec 22nd
Step into the magic of Christmas traditions from around the world in this hands-on holiday breads workshop. For centuries, festive loaves have been at the heart of seasonal celebrations, each one carrying stories of family, faith, and good fortune.
You’ll learn to create three iconic Christmas breads:
- Panettone – the beloved Italian dome-shaped bread, studded with fruit, often gifted to loved ones as a sign of prosperity and joy.
- Orange-Poppy Seed Stollen – a German classic, rich with citrus and spice, traditionally shared to symbolize abundance and blessing.
- Cozonac – a Romanian holiday favorite, swirled with sweet fillings, baked to honor family gatherings and the spirit of generosity.
Our expert pastry chef will guide you through kneading, shaping, and baking each loaf, while sharing the cultural significance behind these cherished recipes. Along the way, you’ll master essential bread-making techniques that can be carried into your everyday baking.
