Junior Chefs! Sweets Baking Camp

Join us for 12-hours of science and math learning and experimenting in the kitchen! With each experiment, we’ll focus on the scientific process by first forming our hypotheses, then collecting observations, and finally refining our results. All with edible outcomes!
 
Class size is limited to 10 junior chefs with each student working independently at one of our work stations.  Their health, safety and comfort and that of our staff are paramount to us and their experience.  We ask and require that your junior chef stay home if they have any cold or flu-like symptoms and that they wear a mask upon entering our space as well as during prep and cooking during class.

In our Junior Chefs Sweets Baking Camp we’ll explore the fungus of yeast, making our own jams and butters, and experimenting with flours in cakes, breads, and croissants.
